He is one of the martyrs of Kerbala. He belonged to the clan of Khizrij His two brothers took part in the battle of Sifin in the army of Hazrat Ali (A.S). Noeem went from Koofa and joined Imam (A.S) at Kerbala. He was martyred in the first attack. His name appears in 'Ziarat-e-Nahya-e-Muqaddisa' and 'Ziarat-e-Rajabiyya'.
